Job summary

Greystar is seeking a maintenance technician to diagnose and repair issues and perform routine upkeep on a residential community in Houston. You will handle work orders, make-ready tasks, and ensure safety standards while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or related training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certifications if required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders from resident requests and perform routine upkeep.
• Oversee make-ready process and schedule vendors as needed.
• Inspect work to ensure safety standards and code compliance.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and order supplies within budget.
• Support budget development and cost-control programs.
