Qualifications

• Minimum of two-year technical degree (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of four years' experience supervising skilled crafts personnel.
• High degree of practical and technical knowledge in electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-craft maintenance crew to effectively repair plant assets; provide training in safety and craft skills to achieve safe, efficient operation.
• Provide planning services on plant-wide basis to Capital/NRE and major maintenance jobs; manage plant-wide maintenance contracts.
• Maintain and service all assigned plant equipment, including electrical power and control systems, fabrication and construction of plant equipment, and service of plant automotive equipment.
• Manage core-planning efforts to obtain major job completions cost-effectively with minimal production disruption.
• Review maintenance work schedules and performance to minimize errors or delays and improve scheduling effectiveness.
