Job summary

Continental is seeking a maintenance supervisor to lead a multi-craft team in a heavy industrial setting. You will drive a zero-breakdown culture, schedule PMs, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a strong maintenance background in production, and the ability to coach staff on best practices. This is a full-time on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three or more years’ maintenance experience in a production environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; visas not sponsored.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the multi-craft technicians to maintain a zero-breakdown culture.
• Decide on downtime actions and schedule technicians according to PMs and down equipment.
• Promote safety and TPM/PM concepts; mentor and train the team as needed.
