Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-craft maintenance crew to effectively repair plant assets and provide training in safety and craft skills.
• Provide planning services for Capital/NRE and major maintenance jobs; manage plant-wide maintenance contracts.
• Maintain and service all assigned plant equipment including electrical power, control systems, and plant vehicles.
• Manage core planning to complete major jobs cost-effectively with minimal production disruption.
• Review maintenance schedules and performance to minimize delays and improve scheduling.
