Associa is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a residential community in Spring Hill, Florida. The role leads maintenance operations, oversees staff, coordinates vendors, and ensures safety and quality for residents.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a residential, HOA, condo, apartment, or community setting.
• Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
• Experience using Word, Excel, Outlook, and computerized work order systems.
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team, and safely operate tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and preventative maintenance planning.
• Lead, mentor, and schedule maintenance staff; coordinate with vendors.
• Manage work orders, inventory, and safety compliance per OSHA.
• Inspect community grounds, buildings, amenities, and systems regularly.
• Maintain resident relations with professional and courteous service.
• Prepare maintenance reports and ensure timely completion of tasks.
