Peak Living is seeking a qualified Maintenance Supervisor to maintain the property in high‑quality condition, supervise move-ins, and operate within budget. The role may require weekends and after‑hour emergencies to meet community needs.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, scheduling, safety, preventive maintenance, and advising on capital improvements. A $750 sign‑on bonus is offered to join Peak Living’s growing team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of apartment maintenance tasks.
• Ability to lead staff and communicate with residents.
• Basic HVAC knowledge and certification within 90 days.
• One year as Maintenance Supervisor or six months with Peak Living.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in staffing decisions and performance.
• Teach skills to staff members and schedule work.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑functioning common area.
• Perform preventive maintenance on pools, parking, exteriors.
• Recommend capital improvements and respond to requests within 24 hours.
• Inspect properties and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Order parts and educate staff on safety and OSHA guidelines.
