Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance activities at our facilities. You will improve functionality and reliability of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems and manage work assignments, preventative maintenance, budgets, and vendor relations.

You will train and mentor the maintenance team, supervise staffing, and respond to emergency alarms while maintaining safety standards and reporting on maintenance activity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment.
• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of wiring, electrical, electronic components, pipe systems and machinery.
• Experience with maintenance management, budgeting, vendor management and CMMS.
• Ability to read maintenance literature in English and blueprints.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Able to stand for up to 7 hours of an 8 hour shift and be on call 24 hours.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead all maintenance activities at Cintas facilities.
• Improve functionality and reliability of production and facility equipment.
• Manage scheduling of facility and equipment work assignments.
• Perform and schedule preventative maintenance.
• Develop and implement safety processes and procedures.
• Manage building, equipment, budgets, and parts/labor.
• Prepare maintenance reports and supplier evaluations.
• Train and supervise maintenance staff; maintain staffing levels.
• Respond to emergency alarms.
