Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor at Soma Towers in Bellevue, WA to manage large properties, oversee maintenance teams, and ensure facilities meet high standards. The role covers safety, cleanliness, and capital expense budgeting while delivering exceptional resident service.

The position is a temporary LOA cover lasting up to 90 days, with housing discounts up to 40%, cell phone allowance, monthly bonus incentives, and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Extensive maintenance management experience in multifamily housing.
• Knowledge of hot water heater repair and carpentry.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and property management software (Yardi/One Site).

Responsibilities

• Manage outside vendors and follow up on warranties by email and phone.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and overall appearance of the property.
• Supervise up to 5 employees.
• Assist with developing the budget for regular repair and maintenance and capital expense.
• Delegate and complete resident work orders in a timely manner.
• Oversee make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing and inspect completed work.
