Job summary

You will diagnose mechanical and electrical problems, perform preventive maintenance, manage the budget, and oversee safety and regulatory compliance. The role requires 3 years of repair experience and 2 years supervising maintenance, plus knowledge of blueprints, PLCs, and MS Office; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two-year technical degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience repairing industrial processing equipment in a production environment.
• Minimum 2 years in supervising maintenance is preferred.
• Maintenance administration experience including planning, scheduling, budgeting, vendor management, and CMMS is required.
• Must read blueprints/schematics and English maintenance literature.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and determine corrective action.
• Inspect, operate, and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions.
• Perform basic welding for facility repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLCs and control systems.
• Manage preventive maintenance on facility and production assets.
• Follow blueprints and engineering specs with a documented schedule.
• Oversee maintenance budget and parts management.
• Train and develop maintenance staff.
