Job summary

You will coordinate activities with production and OpEx teams to drive uptime and safe plant operations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering and 10+ years in maintenance within manufacturing, with proven leadership, Lean knowledge, and experience using maintenance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (equivalent exp considered).
10+ years in maintenance, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
Experience leading or supervising maintenance personnel in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily maintenance activities for plant equipment and facilities.
Lead maintenance technicians in preventive maintenance, repairs, and reliability improvements.
Support Lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Analyze equipment performance and implement improvements to uptime and efficiency.
Coordinate with Operations, Safety, Engineering and OpEx teams to meet plant goals.
Develop and maintain maintenance procedures and documentation.
Travel to other Greif facilities as needed within the region.
