Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance teams across plant and facilities.

You will direct predictive and preventive maintenance, supervise electricians and mechanics, and drive TPM, safety, and documentation efforts to keep production lines running efficiently. The role requires a Bachelor’s in a mechanical field, 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, and strong leadership with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 3–5 years of maintenance supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading training and mentoring of staff.

Responsibilities

• Directs maintenance crews in installation, repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Develops and maintains maintenance systems, processes, and documentation.
• Schedules maintenance with Production to minimize downtime.
• Maintains KPIs tracking maintenance performance and reliability.
• Trains employees on work methods and safety procedures.
• Reviews planned jobs for labor, materials, and priorities.
• Ensures resources have proper skill levels for tasks.
• Provides reports to maintenance management and leadership.
