Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. in Texas seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance crews across plant, facilities, utilities, and powerhouse equipment. You will direct predictive and preventive maintenance, drive TPM initiatives, and ensure maximum equipment availability and product flow.

You will develop and supervise maintenance systems, provide day-to-day guidance, and report on performance to management. Strong leadership, safety, and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Education/Certifications: Highschool diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of maintenance supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading training/coaching of staff or managing a process or project.

Responsibilities

• Directs maintenance crews in installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of plant equipment.
• Develops and maintains maintenance systems, processes, and documentation (TPM, SOPs, etc.).
• Schedules maintenance with Production; tracks KPIs for maintenance performance.
• Trains employees on proper methods and safety procedures; maintains records and reports.
• Monitors job execution, ensures resources and skills match tasks; enforces quality and safety standards.
