Christopher Community, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Superintendent to manage maintenance at Joslyn Court I, II, III, and IV Apartments in Syracuse, NY.

You will supervise staff, coordinate contractors, and ensure timely repairs, with a focus on safety, records, and preventive maintenance. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2–5 years of related experience, plus a valid NYS driver’s license and insured vehicle.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Property Manager with maintenance needs and supervise contractors.
• Maintain Maintenance Manual and logs; conduct daily inspections of common areas.
• Perform repairs to heating, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
