Christopher Community, Inc. (CCINC) seeks a Full-Time Maintenance Superintendent to join its growing organization, with the physical work location at Community View Apartments in Morrisville, NY.

The role focuses on supervising maintenance staff, coordinating outside contractors, and ensuring safe, clean common areas and units. Must have a high school diploma or GED and 2–5 years related experience; a NYS driver’s license with a registered vehicle is required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED; 2–5 years related maintenance experience.
• Valid NYS driver's license and a registered and insured vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in scheduling general maintenance and supervise outside contractors.
• Supervise maintenance and cleaning staff where applicable.
• Maintain Maintenance Manual and required logs.
• Conduct daily inspections and cleaning of all common areas.
• Make repairs to heating, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Coordinate grounds maintenance and respond to tenant service requests.
