Job summary

CRM Rental Management, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent for the Cazenovia Village Apartments in Cazenovia, NY to oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure a safe, comfortable living environment for residents.

You will lead a maintenance team, perform hands-on repairs, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors while upholding safety protocols. The role requires at least three years of full-time maintenance experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Minimum of three years of full-time maintenance experience.
Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and household appliances.
Willingness to perform hands-on tasks and pursue professional development.
Strong communication with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain the physical condition of the entire property.
Lead, supervise, and support the maintenance team.
Foster relationships with residents, team members, vendors, suppliers, and service professionals.
Diagnose and perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance.
Manage inventory and maintenance supplies.
Implement and ensure adherence to preventive maintenance programs and safety protocols.
