Job summary

CRM Rental Management, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent for Parkedge Townhouses in Utica, NY. The role oversees the maintenance team and protects the property's condition to ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of full-time maintenance experience.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and household appliances.
• Willingness to perform hands-on tasks and continue professional development.
• Strong communication skills with confidence, positive attitude and the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the physical condition of the entire property.
• Lead, supervise, and support the maintenance team.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, team members, vendors, suppliers, and service professionals.
• Diagnose and perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance, including minor and major repairs.
• Manage inventory and maintenance supplies.
• Implement and ensure adherence to preventive maintenance programs and safety protocols.
