Job summary
SNF Holding Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance in a petrochemical-style plant. You will oversee Supervisors and technicians, drive safety, and ensure maintenance work aligns with schedules and quality standards.
Responsibilities include coordinating with operations, ensuring permits and documentation are complete, and driving continuous improvement in reliability and uptime. Strong leadership and engineering background required.
Qualifications
- Five plus years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Three plus years in a supervisory or maintenance leadership role.
- Engineering degree or equivalent maintenance leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities per the schedule.
- Direct maintenance personnel to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Ensure safety requirements, timelines, and work expectations are understood.
- Lead investigations and corrective actions for maintenance failures or delays.
- Oversee permit compliance and field execution to meet company standards.
- Collaborate with planners, reliability, operations, and contractors.
