Job summary

Technifite in the United States seeks a Senior Superintendent for Maintenance Planning to lead the site's planning function, ensuring safe, cost-effective maintenance across the facility. You will develop standards, streamline work management, and collaborate with Operations, Reliability, Engineering, and Procurement.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of planning/reliability experience in chemical environments, strong leadership, and expert SAP/CMMS skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or higher in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management or a related technical discipline preferred.
10+ years of progressive maintenance planning/reliability/turnaround experience in chemical manufacturing or PSM environment.
Demonstrated leadership in maintenance planning functions or support teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the Maintenance Planning team (9 direct reports) and establish standardized planning processes, workflows, and best practices.
Develop, coach, and mentor Maintenance Planners to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
Drive initiatives to eliminate non-value-added work and improve schedule compliance and productivity.
Ensure high-quality work packages for preventive, corrective, capital, and turnaround work with complete labor, materials, and safety documentation.
Oversee SAP/CMMS utilization, procurement activity, and contractor/vendor interface during maintenance activities.
Champion data-driven performance via KPIs and RCFA actions; ensure asset reliability improvements.
