Job summary

eTeam is seeking a SR Specialist, Planner Scheduler Maintenance & Calibration in Fremont, CA for a 9-month assignment. You will schedule and coordinate maintenance activities between operations, maintenance, engineering and contractors to maximize wrench time and minimize delays.

Responsibilities include defining work scope, identifying resources, estimating effort and parts, updating CMMS, and ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• AS/AA degree in engineering or maintenance or equivalent.
• Minimum of four years of manufacturing experience.
• Must be autonomous and self-motivated.
• Able to work under pressure in emergencies.
• Strong planning, organizing and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities across operations, maintenance, engineering and contractors.
• Develop work plans based on requests and field inspection.
• Identify resources, estimate effort and parts, and ensure timely execution.
• Update CMMS and track maintenance history and KPIs.
• Publish a weekly list of approved and planned maintenance work.
