Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED with 5+ years maintenance experience, or a Bachelor's with 2+ years.
• Strong written and spoken communication, internal & external customer service, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Google Office Suite; CMMS experience (SAP, Maximo, or eMaint) a plus.
• Microsoft Project experience a plus.

Aufgaben

• Review maintenance requests, generate work orders, set priorities and provide initial estimates.
• Plan and detail work orders for safe and efficient execution within resources and windows.
• Generate weekly schedules to utilize available man-hours and communicate to plant stakeholders.
• Manage backlog aiming for 2–4 weeks of ready work and coordinate weekly schedule meetings.
• Coordinate shutdowns with production planning and update baseline schedules after events.
• Maintain safety stock levels with MRO and update PMs to reflect maintenance strategy.
• Forecast PMs, communicate with end users, and report maintenance KPIs and quality metrics.
• Obtain quotations and purchase requisitions for facility and maintenance needs.
