Job summary

Chemtrade seeks a Reliability Program Manager to lead North American maintenance excellence initiatives, focusing on improving equipment reliability and integrity. The role supports mechanical reliability across operations with capital project backing and strong collaboration with plant engineers and site managers.

The position reports to the Corporate Reliability Director and offers a base salary in the upper range with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in petrochemical, chemical, or refining industries.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance codes (29 CFR 1910.119, ASME codes, ANSI/NB-23).
• Experience with risk-based inspection concepts and materials science.

Responsibilities

• Maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) through reliability initiatives.
• Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Draft and revise engineering standards for mechanical systems.
• Administer mechanical integrity program and inspection protocols.
• Support capital projects from conception through commissioning.
• Collaborate with site maintenance, operations and project teams.
