Job summary

Scot Forge is seeking a Corporate Functional Manager - Maintenance to provide strategic leadership for maintenance and reliability across our manufacturing facilities. You will drive uptime, standardize practices, and develop talent to support enterprise growth.

In this senior role, you will partner with Plant Managers and cross‑functional leaders to advance maintenance performance, implement reliability programs, and lead organizational change while upholding safety and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 10+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, reliability practices, and industrial equipment maintenance.
• Experience leading operational improvement and organizational change initiatives.
• Ability to influence results and build alignment across multiple facilities and functions.
• Strong communication, leadership, and talent development skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance strategy, reliability initiatives, and operational excellence efforts across all facilities.
• Standardize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices.
• Partner with plant leadership to improve equipment uptime, asset performance, and operational reliability.
• Develop maintenance leaders and technical talent through coaching, training, and succession planning.
• Establish maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to solve complex equipment and reliability challenges.
• Support capital planning, equipment modernization, and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and proactive maintenance management.
