Job summary

Scot Forge seeks a Corporate Functional Manager - Machining to provide strategic and technical leadership for machining and sawing across our manufacturing facilities. You will drive performance through process standardization, safety, quality, and capacity improvements.

You will partner with Plant Managers and cross-functional leaders to advance operational excellence and growth, while developing machining talent and guiding capital projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of machining or related manufacturing experience.
• Leadership experience in multi-site machining operations.
• Ability to influence results across facilities and functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead machining and sawing strategy across all facilities.
• Standardize machining processes and CNC practices.
• Develop machining leaders through coaching and succession planning.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and capacity improvements.
