Job summary
Essity North America Inc. in Harrodsburg, KY, seeks a Maintenance and Reliability Leader to direct the Maintenance department and drive Total Productive Maintenance across the facility.
The role requires leading changes to equipment and processes to improve production, cost efficiency, and reliability while meeting budgets and timelines. You will forecast maintenance needs, oversee preventive and predictive programs, and ensure safe, compliant operations with a focus on reliability and cost
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 5 years of maintenance leadership or equivalent technical experience.
- Experience with maintenance planning practices.
- Familiarity with SAP or CMMS systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage the Maintenance department in alignment with the strategic plan.
- Lead the application of Total Productive Maintenance in your department.
- Forecast maintenance needs and manage budgets and timelines.
- Maintain and service manufacturing equipment and mobile equipment.
- Develop and monitor the manufacturing maintenance budget and variances.
- Design and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
