Job summary

Reynolds Consumer Products in Louisville, KY is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Day Shift to lead maintenance operations that ensure safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing performance. You will supervise a team of maintenance technicians and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize plant reliability.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and collaboration with Production and Engineering to improve equipment reliability and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
• 0-2 years of progressive manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Experience leading maintenance activities or serving in a lead, foreman, or similar leadership role.
• Previous experience supervising and developing maintenance employees.
• Experience working in a union manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize unplanned downtime.
• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of maintenance employees to achieve safety, reliability, quality, and productivity objectives.
• Coordinate emergency repairs, equipment installations, modifications, and rebuilds to support continuous manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with Production and Engineering to identify root causes of equipment issues and implement sustainable solutions.
