Job summary

Essity is seeking a Maintenance and Reliability Leader to oversee the Harrodsburg, KY manufacturing facility. The role directs the Maintenance department, implements Total Productive Maintenance, and drives cost-effective reliability improvements across equipment and processes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of maintenance leadership, strong CMMS/SAP experience, and proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong leadership and safety focus are essential to our operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Minimum of 5 years of maintenance leadership or equivalent technical experience.
Maintenance planning experience preferred.
Project management experience preferred.
Skilled with CMMS/SAP or similar systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Ability to lead teams through change and improvement.
Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

Direct and manage the Maintenance department in alignment with the strategic plan.
Lead the application of Total Productive Maintenance in the department.
Forecast maintenance needs and manage timelines and budgets.
Assist in developing and monitoring the annual maintenance budget.
Design and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Interface with predictive maintenance vendors and results.
Promote Environmental, Health and Safety (QRESH) compliance and improvements.
