Job summary

Essity in North America is seeking an experienced Maintenance and Reliability Leader for our Harrodsburg, KY facility. You will lead the Maintenance department, apply Total Productive Maintenance, and drive improvements in equipment reliability, cost and safety.

This salaried leadership role requires 5+ years in maintenance leadership, CMMS knowledge, and strong collaboration with teams to meet budgets and schedules. Essity offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of maintenance leadership or equivalent technical experience.
Maintenance planning experience preferred with knowledge of recognized maintenance planning practices.
Skilled in SAP or another Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS); Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to lead teams through change and improvement.
Leadership experience with a customer focus on industrial reliability.
Knowledge of industrial mechanical equipment and safety processes.

Responsibilities

Direct and manage the Maintenance department in alignment with the company’s strategic plan.
Lead the application of Total Productive Maintenance in your department.
Forecast maintenance needs and manage budgets to meet timelines.
Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to optimize equipment life.
Monitor vibration programs and select machines for monitoring.
Interface with predictive maintenance vendors and report on maintenance effectiveness.
Promote Environmental, Health and Safety (QRESH) policies and sustainability goals.
