Stoughton Trailers, LLC in Evansville, WI is seeking an experienced Maintenance & Reliability leader to drive maintenance strategy across multiple shifts. You will lead a skilled team, develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and partner with operations to improve uptime and safety.

You will champion safety, mentor technicians, manage budgets, and implement best practices like CBM and TPM to maximize OEE and equipment availability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing maintenance teams and multiple facility priorities.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians across multiple shifts.
• Establish clear priorities and assign resources to meet production and maintenance objectives.
• Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing maintenance team.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute preventative, predictive, and autonomous maintenance programs.
• Drive improvements in equipment reliability, uptime, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Oversee troubleshooting and repair activities involving mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Manage work orders, planned maintenance activities, and emergency repairs.
• Partner with production and plant leadership to identify opportunities for process and equipment improvements.
• Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics, including OEE, MTBF, MTTR, downtime trends.
• Research and implement new technologies and best practices.
• Coordinate facility improvement projects and equipment installations.
• Manage maintenance budgets and control expenditures.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to source maintenance supplies, parts, and equipment.
• Maintain effective spare parts inventory management.
• Develop and manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Negotiate and oversee maintenance-related contracts and services.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain expertise in Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and maintenance safety standards.
• Promote a safe work environment for all employees and contractors.
