Stoughton Trailers, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Planner Lead to guide a planner team and optimize maintenance programs in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will drive PM compliance, MTTR improvements, and CMMS data integrity while coordinating with operations and vendors.

The role emphasizes planning preventive maintenance, scheduling shutdowns, and developing accurate equipment metadata and spare parts data.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree preferred in Business Admin, Information System, Engineering, or related fields
• 2-year degree or technical training preferred in Technical Trade, Engineering, or related fields
• Planning, Scheduling, or Controller certification preferred
• Experience leading technical teams in manufacturing environments recommended
• Experience with enterprise asset management software (eMaint, Syteline) preferred
• Strong data analysis for maintenance programs and spare parts optimization expected
• Ability to create maintenance schedules for all plant equipment and manage parts inventory

Responsabilités

• Lead Planner Team to guide maintenance efforts daily
• Support PM compliance, MTTR, and trend analysis
• Train and support CMMS operations
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance by task and priority
• Coordinate plant-wide shutdowns and generate work orders
• Manage work orders and CMMS data accuracy
• Develop and maintain spare parts lists and 5S store plan
• Coach staff on CMMS best practices and data quality
• Assist in cost estimates for labor and parts
• Publish PI metrics and support action planning
