Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, based on education and work experience.
• Must read prints, schematics, and operator manuals.
• Ability to use a multi-meter, computer, and basic maintenance knowledge.
• Knowledge of mechanical/hydraulic systems, welding, and pneumatic components.

Responsibilities

• Operate tools and machines including meters, torches, grinders, forklifts and cranes.
• Troubleshoot line repairs and perform preventive maintenance on shop equipment.
• Set up machines and fixtures for manufacturing tasks.
• Read prints and schematics to guide maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain inventory and use maintenance database.
• Ensure all tasks are performed safely, efficiently and productively.
