Greif, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead our Steel & Poly manufacturing facility in St. Francis, Wisconsin.

You’ll guide a small team of 2–3 maintenance colleagues, troubleshoot equipment, and drive reliability improvements to keep downtime to a minimum and production on track. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 6 years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing, with strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills, plus a proven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field or experience.
• Minimum 6 years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and ensuring equipment reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a small team of 2-3 maintenance colleagues.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic issues.
• Plan and prioritize maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Develop and improve preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate parts, tools, and resources for operations.
