We are seeking a safety-focused Maintenance Reliability Engineer with expertise in asset reliability, maintenance strategy development, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing proactive and predictive maintenance programs, developing spare parts and asset care strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and driving reliability improvements through TPM, RCM, and root cause analysis. This individual will be a strong communicator who champions safety, ensures compliance, supports capital and improvement projects, and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to maximize asset availability, reliability, and cost-effective performance.
