Job summary

ALPLA Group in Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance, reliability, and asset performance. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, partner with production and engineering, and drive continuous improvement to keep equipment safe, efficient, and compliant.

You will manage the maintenance budget, track KPIs, and lead a team of technicians, focusing on 5S, RCA, and kaizen initiatives while promoting safety and sustainable practices.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum four years of work experience in maintenance in ALPLA or similar industry.
• Experience with Computer Control Systems on machines.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant maintenance, reliability, and asset performance.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance and upkeep.
• Partner with production and engineering to minimize downtime.
• Maintain records of repairs and parts usage.
• Drive maintenance budget tracking and cost savings initiatives.
• Manage and train maintenance technicians.
