Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Maintenance Planning Programs Manager 2 for Roy, UT to support the Sentinel program. The role leads Maintenance Planning activities, coordinating with design, engineering and logistics teams to ensure readiness and sustainment.

The position requires a US citizen with a Secret clearance, 6–8 years of related experience, and proficiency with MS Office; relocation assistance may be available and a 9/80 schedule is typical.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years related experience, or Master’s with 6 years; in lieu of degree, 4 additional years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Influence product design for supportability.
• Assist government customer in refining Maintenance Planning requirements.
• Ensure program compliance with government maintenance regulations.
• Establish and implement maintenance concepts, plans, and processes.
• Plan deployment and sustainment of the Sentinel weapon system.
• Deliver Maintenance Planning products and services to sustain operational readiness.
• Coordinate with Technical Orders and Training teams on maintenance tasks and equipment.
• Brief program leadership and customers on Maintenance Planning aspects.
• Manage Cost, Schedule and Technical performance (Earned Value).
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs and participate in contract negotiations.
