Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in Roy, UT, is seeking a Program Mission Assurance Manager 2 to support the Sentinel program. The role requires a US citizen with active Secret clearance and experience leading MA/QA activities across design reviews, risk management, and program metrics.

The successful candidate will develop and maintain the Sentinel Program Quality Plan, lead FRBs/MRBs, coordinate with suppliers, and drive continuous improvement in mission assurance and program performance.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with active Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Science; 8+ years experience or Master's in 6 years.
• Ability to obtain enhanced security clearance.
• Experience with ICBM systems and program management.
• Leadership experience preferred and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform MA reviews of Sentinel drawings, SOWs, and requirements documents.
• Ensure mission success with QA, risk mgmt, safety, reliability and maintainability.
• Lead program reviews: design, test readiness, certifications, and sell offs.
• Develop and maintain the Sentinel Program Quality Plan; lead FRBs/MRBs.
• Support PMRs and supplier MA oversight; drive CAPA and metrics.
