You will develop detailed job plans, coordinate with Supply Chain and Reliability Engineering, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards while driving long-term asset value and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline with 5+ years of engineering experience
• High attention to safety and ability to lead teams
• Experience building and configuring maintenance plans in SAP PM or IBM Maximo
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Convert maintenance strategies into actionable plans in SAP S/4HANA EAM and APM
• Develop and maintain CMMS asset structures and PM programs
• Lead CMMS configuration and deployment maintaining enterprise standards
• Audit maintenance plans and incorporate FMEA updates and feedback from execution
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, OEMs, and Reliability Engineering
• Perform other duties as required
