Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance planning and scheduling within a manufacturing setting.
• Proficient with CMMS systems and maintenance work orders.
• Ability to read equipment manuals, drawings, and schematics.
• Strong organizational and communication skills across departments.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Review maintenance requests and convert them into properly scoped work orders.
• Develop detailed job plans with scope, labor, materials, and permits.
• Create weekly and daily maintenance schedules aligned with priorities.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and Reliability for scheduling.
• Maintain and improve the site's preventive maintenance program.
• Monitor CMMS data, backlog, and work-order aging for efficiency.
• Track parts, labor, and costs; support continuous improvement.
