Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking a Maintenance Planner to support reliability-based maintenance in our plant. You will partner with the Maintenance Manager and plant teams to plan, schedule, and track preventive and predictive maintenance, ensuring equipment reliability and production support.

The role emphasizes planning, scheduling, data-driven improvements, and collaboration across QA, IT, Safety, and Production to optimize maintenance performance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in maintenance planning, preferably in a poultry plant or food manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance concepts.
• Experience using CMMS to manage records, work orders, scheduling, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment records, priorities, and profiles in CMMS to support repair analysis.
• Create, release, and schedule preventive and predictive maintenance plans and work orders.
• Generate PM work orders for the next 14–28 days and monitor completion.
• Plan and schedule corrective work to maximize crew utilization and minimize downtime.
• Review requests and create work orders detailing labor, parts, services, and timing.
• Create and submit purchase requisitions for parts and services daily.
