Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Planner in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and data records.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders for completeness, legibility, and job content; take corrective action.
• Determine job scope and priority through field checks with supervision.
• Prepare and maintain weekly schedules and backlogs for maintenance work orders.
• Close jobs after completion following formal procedures and report on scheduling performance.
