Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Planner Scheduler Maintenance & Calibration in Fremont, CA.

You will schedule and coordinate maintenance activities across operations, maintenance, engineering and contractors, while planning future work to minimize delays and maximize wrench time. The role requires strong CMMS, planning and communication skills, with experience in CMMS architectures and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Must be able to understand CMMS architecture.
• Basics in Microsoft Office pack (Excel, Word, Project, Visio and PowerPoint)
• Oracle SAP, Maximo and COMOS experience
• Time Sheet approvals
• Must be able to sort data, drive KPI analyses.
• Must be able to understand basic maintenance systems and procedures

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities between operations, maintenance, engineering and contractors.
• Plans future maintenance work to reduce potential delays and maximize maintenance workforce wrench time.
• Identify and coordinate resources with lead time for effective execution; includes work scope, technical information, MRO parts, tools, permits, and staffing.
• Ensure safety needs are prioritized in work planning and scheduling.
• Develop work plans from requests and site inspection; identify required work and resources.
• Estimate level of effort, duration, and cost of parts and materials for planned maintenance.
• Ensure completed schedules and work orders are filled out completely and kept up to date.
• Review actual effort, duration, and materials; revise plans to improve future work.
• Publish weekly list of approved and planned maintenance work.
• Develop equipment efficiency metrics and life expectancy.
• Review equipment history to prevent repeats and coordinate resolution with ops, maintenance and engineering.
• Collaborate with maintenance, procurement, and equipment owners on cost to repair or replace.
• Update CMMS to ensure preventive maintenance coverage.
• Maintain storeroom efficiency and stock levels; procure outside services as needed.
• Drive KPI reports and +QDCI sessions.
