Qualifications

• Two or more technical trades in maintenance of facilities and related equipment.
• Journeyman level in multiple skilled trades with ability to guide others.
• Must be able to interpret sketches/drawings and operate power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance, repair and/or construction of buildings and facilities.
• Provide technical guidance to other maintenance staff and coordinate tasks.
• Work with limited supervision while ensuring compliance with standards.
