CoorsTek is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic III to repair, install and maintain complex manufacturing equipment and building systems at our Milford, CT facility. You will work in a collaborative team to meet department goals while keeping the work area clean and safe.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance with strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, welding, HVAC, sheet metal, and millwright disciplines, and the ability to read schematics and follow procedures.

Competenze

Five years of manufacturing machinery and building experience.
HVAC, plumbing, welding, and fabrication knowledge.
Ability to read instructions and follow procedures.

Mansioni

Diagnose and repair complex process machinery; research and recommend efficient solutions.
Perform facility maintenance including HVAC, painting, plumbing, welding.
Troubleshoot equipment and propose permanent solutions to leaders.
Perform preventative maintenance per schedule (coolants, lubricants, filters).
Train and coach incoming mechanics on procedures and work instructions.
Wear required PPE at all times in designated areas.
