Job summary

CoorsTek is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager in the United States, responsible for directing maintenance, repair, and installation of automated process manufacturing equipment, as well as buildings and utility systems. The role oversees the maintenance department, prioritizes work orders, and develops preventive maintenance programs with engineering support.

Qualifications

• Experience in process controls, materials handling, multiple PLC platforms and programmable control systems.
• Ability to read and utilize process design/construction documents.
• Experience with Rockwell Automation; Studio 5000 and FT Studio are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate maintenance, repair, and installation of automated process equipment and utility systems.
• Supervise maintenance department personnel and prioritize work orders to ensure continuous production operations.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs with engineering and maintenance staff.
• Support equipment installation, start-up, commissioning, validation activities, and major capital projects.
• Train production operators in the use of new automated systems and generate required documentation.
