The Judge Group is seeking a First shift Senior Maintenance Mechanic in the Callow Hill area of Philadelphia. The role requires deep hands-on expertise across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry, with emphasis on production line equipment and safety compliance.
Ideal candidates have 10+ years of maintenance experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to interpret blueprints and schematics.
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in maintenance functions.
- Extensive hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry.
- Proficient reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.
- Must have own basic tools.
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and monitor production line equipment.
- Perform predictive and preventive maintenance.
- Install and maintain pumps, valves, and pneumatic systems.
- Maintain pipe fitting, PLCs/VFDs, and electrical components.
- Manage spare parts inventory and building maintenance tasks.
