Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN seeks a Maintenance Mechanic to join our overnight production team in Montgomeryville, PA. You will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and rapid response to downtime. You will perform changeovers and machine setups, with opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
