Fluidics, Inc. in Newtown Square, PA is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Mechanic to operate, repair, and maintain building mechanical and electrical systems.

The role requires handling heavy equipment, responding to service calls, and overseeing preventive maintenance tasks to ensure reliable operation. The successful candidate will have at least five years of experience in central plant equipment, HVAC, plumbing and electrical work, and hold a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience operating central plant equipment, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical or electronic systems.
• Experience & proven ability to repair building electrical, plumbing and HVAC auxiliary systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive assigned vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Operation, replacement, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, control systems, air handling units, pumps, motors, heat exchangers, and expansion joints.
• Install electrical circuits and repair fixtures and piping as needed.
• Drain and secure systems for maintenance; perform carpentry and door hardware tasks.
• Inspect electrical and mechanical systems; document inspections and write reports.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance including lubrication and bearing replacement.
