Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 7+ years of maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing/distribution environments.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, conveyor, and facility systems.
- Experience leading maintenance activities and mentoring technicians.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems and preventive maintenance practices.
Responsabilités
- Lead daily maintenance activities and coordinate priorities across the distribution center.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, conveyor, and facility systems.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to maintenance technicians.
- Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs and ensure safety compliance.
