Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduation plus four years of general work experience in building and equipment maintenance, construction or repair work.
• One year of journey-level experience in building and equipment maintenance, construction, or repair work; apprenticeship in a skilled mechanic trade is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and perform routine and emergency maintenance and repairs on facilities, equipment and systems in dining facilities.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to maintenance staff involved in maintenance, operation and alteration of dining facilities.
• Ensure safe, efficient and reliable facility operations and compliance with applicable policies.
