The Maintenance Lead is responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of contractors in the general maintenance and upkeep of building facilities and equipment for the student housing community. Duties include but are not limited to general maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, advanced supervision of all major trades and facility compliance , participation in emergency after-hours on-call rotation , budget management and resident satisfaction. Projecting a professional image through interactions with all internal and external customers is essential.

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Overtime and weekends turning peak building turn. Participation in on- call facility/ maintenance rotation (must be able to respond to the building within 40 minutes).
