Job summary

Metro Water Recovery is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager for the Northern Treatment Plant (NTP) in Denver, CO. You will lead Electrical, Mechanical, and Facilities Maintenance teams, set priorities, and guide maintenance strategies to assure asset reliability and safety.

You will work with Operations and other departments to balance project needs, safety, and budget considerations, driving continuous improvement and long-term performance of Metro's facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Experience leading maintenance teams in industrial facilities.
• Knowledge of CMMS and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Sets facility-wide direction and metrics for maintenance at NTP using CMMS.
• Oversees maintenance decisions affecting asset lifespan and safety.
• Directs Maintenance Supervisors across Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities.
• Coordinates maintenance and construction projects with other divisions.
• Identifies efficiency constraints; updates preventive maintenance.
• Administers the NTP budget and tracks variances.
• Participates in employee selection and performance management.
• Requisitions parts and maintains inventories.
• Maintains safety and employee development training programs.
• Performs other administrative or technical duties as needed.
